Registration closes either when places are full or 3 days before the test. It is best to register early.
No refunds are given for no-shows, transfers or cancellations within 5 weeks of the test date. Cancellations or transfers with more than 5 weeks’ notice are charged a €50 administrative fee.
Only two forms of identification are accepted: a valid passport or a Spanish ID Card.

5. Confirmation letter
Once your Application Form and documents have been received and your payment processed, you will be sent a confirmation letter via email.
Please check your email inbox and junk mail, for any correspondence from us.
The confirmation letter will include: your receipt and important test day information.
To ensure that language proﬁciency is assessed fairly and objectively, IELTS provides a comprehensive service for test takers who have special requirements including hearing, visual and learning difficulties.
There are two kinds of special arrangements:
Applications for modified test material must be made at least 3 months in advance.
Applications which only involve administrative arrangements must be made with at least 8 weeks' notice.
Each case is considered individually and will need to be accompanied by current medical evidence.
It is important that you read and accept the IELTS test Terms and Conditions when you register for the test.
