Paying for your CELTA course

Course fees €1,495

Please do not pay anything until you have been interviewed, accepted and offered a place on a course.

Candidates who are accepted 8 weeks or more prior to the start of the course should ensure that all course fees and accommodation fees are transferred within fifteen working days, to reserve their place.

Candidates accepted within 8 weeks of the starting date should transfer fees within ten working days, and candidates accepted within 4 weeks of the course should transfer funds within 48 hours to avoid the place being re-allocated.

We reserve the right to alter fees and conditions with one month's notice. All information is correct at the time of printing but we cannot be held responsible for any changes beyond our control.

NB Payment methods 4 & 5 involve bank charges here in Spain, for which you are liable. For method 4, add €6 (UK) or €15 (USA & all other countries). For method 5, add €18 on to the cost of the course.

Please ensure that all cheques etc, if sent, are sent by REGISTERED MAIL.

Paying by credit card

Please let us have the card type (VISA or Mastercard only); card number; name as it is on the card; and the date of expiry.

You can email, fax or phone through this information. We will delete your email (or destroy your fax) once we have processed the payment.

NB If the card you wish to use is not in your name, we need a fax authorising its use for payment of your course, signed by the cardholder. We will not put the payment through without this authorisation.

Cancellations

In the case of cancellation 8 weeks or more before the course starting date, 20% of our total fee will be retained.

With less than 8 weeks' notice, 50% of our total fee will be retained.

If cancellation occurs in the final ten days before the starting date, our total fee will be retained. However, in certain exceptional circumstances we will consider transferring the fees to another course. No transfer is made if notice is insufficient to allow for the finding of a substitute candidate.

In the event of a course being cancelled by International House Palma all course fees will be refunded.

We regret that in the event of a course being cancelled, any transport costs to Palma already met by the candidate cannot be refunded. You are strongly advised to take out insurance against this eventuality.

If a candidate withdraws from a course once it has started for whatever reason, no refund can be given.This applies to accommodation and course fees. We strongly recommend you take out personal insurance against this eventuality. Receipt of fees will be understood as acceptance of these conditions.
