EnglishPart-time Spanish courses in Barcelona
Our part-time Spanish courses are designed for people who are living and working in Barcelona and don't have the time available to take the more intensive course.
The extensive course consists of 4 hours of class per week with each course lasting 10 weeks (a term).
The minimum age is 16, clases sizes are on average just 7 or 8, with 12 being the maximum.
Timetable
You have a choice of days, either Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday, with a choice of times for your classes:
- 09.30—11.30
- 11.45—13.45
- 17.00—19.00
- 19.30—21.30

First term
- Start Week of January 14
- End Week of March 18
- Level tests January 7—18, 10:00 to 12:00 and 17:30 to 19:30
Second term
- Start Week of April 15
- End Week of June 17
- Level tests April 2—12, 10:00 to 12:00 and 17:30 to 19:30
- Holidays: May 1 and 20
Third term
- Start Week of October 7
- End Week of December 9
- Level tests September 25—October 4, 10:00 to 12:00 and 17:30 to 19:30
- Holidays: November 1 and December 6
Price
4 hours a week (10 weeks): €310
What's included
The price of the course includes the pre-course level test, all course materials except the coursebook, our programme of social and cultural activities; and access to all the school's facilities, including free Internet usage.
The school's facilities include free access to our online Spanish courses for the duration of your stay.
Note that there is no registration fee for our courses.
Materials
The cost of the coursebook (€15-€20) is not included in the price of the course. If you do not wish to purchase your own copy, the school library will lend you a copy, on payment of a deposit.

All course fees need to be paid before the first day of class,

Note that bank transfers may be liable to bank charges. Commision is not charged on credit cards.
Online booking for our part-time courses is not available.
Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel groups with fewer than 4 students (in which case a refund would be made).
No refunds will be made in any other circumstances after the course has begun.
Holidays
The school will be closed for public holidays on the dates given below. Classes lost are not made up at other times.
